I went one day to Machina Organika and ate a coffee cashew cake there – yum! Started searching for cashew cake recipes all over internet and made already 3 variations. So there it is – my own tested variation 🙂 It must be tasty since already 5 people want the recipe, mmm.

If this is a tart it’s questionable though. Classic tart has a bottom and this one doesn’t. But it looks like a tart so LET’S GO!
Salty lemon is an ingredient in moroccan or vietnamese dishes. It tastes a bit like Japanese Yuzu. The point in the long preserving time is for lemons to almost fully disintegrate.
This soup is a no waste soup, very simple, cheap, tasty, not spicy and healthy. You don’t need to blend anything to make it, wait for it to cool, use 5 pots or cut much. Nothing like that! Actually for this soup you want to add everything uncut, so that it is more healthy and has many fun tastes across it.
The soup is perfect for cold or if you suffer from reflux. The bone broth helps heal cavities.
