Heavy metal detox salad

Apple chlorella salad with coconut flakes and wallnuts

Heavy metal in this article is a metal with high density that is considered harmful to living organisms, those are described in here.

Once I was exposed to mercury I swallowed a lot of articles on how to get rid of heavy metals from body – it was an awesome journey. I think I was missing out on the knowledge πŸ™‚ Now I actually understand how Japanese people are healthy even though they eat plastic wrapped take-outs, a lot of tuna and work like crazy.

Anyhow below is a fun and healthy recipe that should help and can be a regular part of diet regardless of heavy metals πŸ™‚

Strawberry tincture

Strawberry tincture (infused vodka in short) is super simple to do. It is also adventurous as you have to go pick your strawberries πŸ™‚ This is needed because tinctures are not only infused alcohols, more importantly each tincture stores memories.

Hazelnut chocolate

Delicious, flavorful hazelnut chocolate with hints of lemon and coco. Somehow tastes like childhood.

This is not a super sweet version, however sweet. This is a vegan version. You can use it to make tarts or put in desserts. Or simply on a slice of bread!

Chocolate sauce

This recipe must be my favorite πŸ™‚ This chocolate will melt in yourΒ eyes and calm your urges.

Try it in a dessert, as muffin topping, ice cream cover or dip a cookie in it so you will see that no regular chocolate measures up to this one, yum!

INGEDIENTS STEPS
  • 3 table spoons butter
  • 1-3 table spoons of grape molasses
  • a hint of Himalayan or sea salt
  • 3 table spoons cocoa
Melt the butter on a very small heat, add salt, add molasses and mix well. Turn off the heat and place far from it. Add cocoa and mix a lot. Done!
  • Servings: 5
  • Time: 5 minutes
  • Difficulty: easy peasy
  • Healthy: 6

Notes

If you will be using raw cocoa you might want to mix it half-half with regular one or lower the amount of raw cocoa added. The reason is that for some people it is stimulating – works like coffee, so better not to eat in the evening.
