The dessert is delish already on its own but it can be served with wipped cream, with a mousse, on top of a cake. It is sweet and goes through like a charm. Excellent for diabetics!

Chocolate cinnamon apple dessert

  • 4-8 small apples
  • 1/2 tsp gingerbread spice*
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 2-4 tbsp almonds*, grated
  • (1 tbsp hemp seeds)
  • (for decoration: inka berries and coconut flakes)
Grate apples using grater’s big holes. Add cacao and gingerbread spice, mix well. Add almonds (and hemp seeds). Plate it and decorate. Ready!

  • Healthy: 10 (all raw, all natural sugar)

  • Time: 10 minutes
  • Storage: never tried – eat immediately

* you can easily exchange almonds with other favorite nuts and gingerbread spice to cinnamon, or nutmeg
