This recipe must be my favorite 🙂 This chocolate will melt in your eyes and calm your urges.

Try it in a dessert, as muffin topping, ice cream cover or dip a cookie in it so you will see that no regular chocolate measures up to this one, yum!

INGEDIENTS STEPS
  • 3 table spoons butter
  • 1-3 table spoons of grape molasses
  • a hint of Himalayan or sea salt
  • 3 table spoons cocoa
Melt the butter on a very small heat, add salt, add molasses and mix well. Turn off the heat and place far from it. Add cocoa and mix a lot. Done!

Notes

If you will be using raw cocoa you might want to mix it half-half with regular one or lower the amount of raw cocoa added. The reason is that for some people it is stimulating – works like coffee, so better not to eat in the evening.
