You will love this paste on a slice of bread, on top of soup, in a sauce and most importantly when you are sick – it is one piece of health, as most of ingredients are raw and with high anti-inflammatory properties.
It is not very hot, maybe 1 in scale 1-5 – says a person who does not like very spicy.

Boil water. Put sun dried tomatoes into a jar in which you will be blending your paste and pour hot water over it for softening. Add salt and turmeric. |

Clean and remove seeds from chillies (the hotness sits in seeds). |

Clean and peel all ingredients. |
If you do not have a very powerful food processor/blender, and specifically if your ingredients are somewhat dry, cut into pieces and mix well in jar with hot water and tomatoes so they soften:

Put all ingredients into the jar. Pour over lemon juice, cut lemon scraps into pieces and throw them in, add honey. Blend all together until smooth. |

Add olive oil as a final step and blend one more time. |

Put your jars and caps into sink, boil water and fill jars and caps with it. After 5 minutes remove water and shake the jars off so they loose remaining drops. Put the paste inside so that nothing falls onto the small jars’ closing. Store in cool place. |
