This is like a real guacamole but it is super healthy, anticancer,  delicious, compact and kicky. And as if this is not enough look at the beautiful colors! Bon apetit 🙂

INGREDIENTS STEPS
  • 1 big avocado
  • same amount of parsley
  • half lemon
  • 4 spoons of good quality oil*
  • 1/2-1 tea spoon of Himalayan salt
Peel avocado and clean parsley. Put them into half liter jar along with juiced lemon, oil and salt. Blend with blender.
  • one medium red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • table spoon of mixed pepper
  • half tea spoon turmeric
Freshly grind the pepper, preferably in mortar. Cut the onion meticulously into very tiny pieces. Mix well with a spoon.
Ready! This is a delicious and beautifully looking side on your plate. You can serve it even with only potatoes or rice.
  • Servings: ~30
  • Healthy: 10 (completely raw and fresh; full of anticancer properties because of garlic, onion, turmeric)
  • Difficulty: easy peasy
  • Time: 10 minutes
  • Storage: 2 days in cold max – best fresh

* Good quality oil is cold pressed mechanically. The best ones are stored in cold, like flax oil. But a cold pressed sunflower, pumpkin, olive oil are also the very best.
