This is an easy peasy, 5 minutes sauce recipe using leek soup mix.

INGREDIENTS STEPS
  • 4 tbsp leek mix
  • 160 ml coconut milk 100%
Put leek mix into a pot on medium heat. Add coconut milk. Let it simmer for a minute or two, then take off the heat.
That’s it! Your coconut milk is so flavorful now! Serve with rice or pasta, or whatever you feel like eating today 🙂
